A 14-day in vivo skin evaluation was conducted on healthy female participants using a serum formulation containing 0.5% Copper Tripeptide-1. The results demonstrated improved overall skin condition and visible soothing effects after continuous use.

In addition, in vitro evaluation showed that Copper Tripeptide-1 (at 0.5%) exhibited approximately 40% higher collagen-related activity compared to Vitamin C, supporting its potential for advanced anti-aging and skin-conditioning formulations.

  • Ion Stability & Compatibility — The copper ion complexation in Copper Tripeptide-1 is highly sensitive to the formulation environment. Avoid strong chelating agents and reducing agents, which may affect copper peptide stability. Pre-formulation compatibility testing is recommended when combining with ingredients such as EDTA, Vitamin C derivatives, or other strong antioxidant systems.

  • Complex Botanical Extracts — Compatibility testing is recommended when formulating with complex botanical extracts, as trace ions, polyphenols, or active organic compounds may affect peptide stability.

  • Temperature & Process Order — Maintain compounding temperatures below 45°C. It is recommended to add the peptide during the final cool-down phase of the manufacturing process under gentle stirring to protect peptide integrity.

Stability ranges may vary depending on molecular weight grade, concentration, formulation matrix, and processing conditions. Final formulation stability should be confirmed through appropriate stability testing.
