Overview
Function and skin care benefits
Ginseng-derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) are nanoscale vesicle structures naturally produced by plant cells and may contain naturally occurring biomolecules, including proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids. Ginseng-derived EVs provide a plant-based ingredient option for innovative and advanced skincare formulations.

Key benefits
Fine Line & Skin Smoothness Support — Helps improve the appearance of fine lines and promotes a smoother-looking complexion.
Firmness & Elasticity Support — Helps promote firmer, smoother, and more supple-looking skin.
Skin Conditioning — Provides skin-conditioning benefits to support a smooth, healthy-looking complexion.

Efficacy evaluation
skin moisture increase after 14 days
A 14-day human evaluation was conducted using a cosmetic formulation containing plant-derived extracellular vesicles (EVs). After 2 weeks of use, the formulation demonstrated an increase of more than 100% in skin moisture levels, along with improvements in the appearance of skin elasticity and texture.

Formulation guidelines
Pre-dispersion — For lyophilized grades, gently reconstitute or disperse the powder in a small amount of purified water or a compatible aqueous phase at room temperature before incorporation into the formulation.
Addition Temperature — Add during the final stage of formulation, preferably below 40°C, to help maintain ingredient stability.
Formulation Compatibility — Compatible with a broad range of commonly used skincare ingredients under mild formulation conditions. Compatibility should be evaluated based on the specific formulation system.
Formulation Considerations — Avoid high concentrations of AHAs/BHAs and strong oxidizing agents, which may affect the stability of extracellular vesicles and overall formulation performance.
Stability ranges may vary depending on molecular weight grade, concentration, formulation matrix, and processing conditions. Final formulation stability should be confirmed through appropriate stability testing.
